Below find our 2025 School Terms as well as our 2025 Fees.  We are aware that these are difficult financial times for all of us.  We have tried not to burden our families with large fee increases while keeping in mind that our staff are facing the same difficulties and running costs have increased significantly for us as well.  Our fees have been increased by 4.9% which is an increase of R205 per month.  Our aftercare and holiday care fees will remain unchanged.

2025 School Terms:

• Term 1 – 15 January to 28 March
• Term 2 – 8 April to 27 June (special school holidays have been declared for 29/4,30/4 and 2/5 which means school and aftercare will be closed for the week (28 April to 2 May)
• Term 3 – 22 July to 3 October
• Term 4 – 13 October to 5 December (Holiday Care 8 to 12 December)

2025 Orientation Day: 14^th January 2025 – this is only for new children starting at our school.

2025 Stationery/Toiletry Fee of R1800 (all groups) is payable by 30 November 2024.   Scratch Patch parents are still to please supply your own wet wipes and nappies.

School Fees: School fees are payable in advance each month from January 2025 through to November 2025.  To facilitate the January Fee payment, payment can be made in December and will be carried forward to January 2025.  Fees are to be paid by the 5^th of each Month ie. January Fees by 5^th January, February Fees by 5^th February etc.

School Fees for 2025:  If the 2025 annual fee is paid by 15 January 2025 you will receive a R1000 discount.  Please let us know by 1 December 2024 if you would like this option.  If the 2025 annual fee is paid by 30 November 2024 you will receive a R2000 discount.  Please let us know by 15 November 2024 if you would like this option.

Aftercare Fees for 2025

Until 2pm:       R950 per month – excluding school holidays.  R65 per day for casuals.

Until 3pm:      R1050 per month – excluding school holidays.  R75 per day for casuals.

Until 5pm:      R1500 per month over 11 months. Includes full day holiday care and an afternoon snack.  R95 per day for casuals.

2025 Grade R School Uniforms – School Uniform is compulsory for our Grade R class.  We are awaiting the new uniform pricing from the supplier.  Detailed information regarding the uniform and the order process will be sent out to our 2025 Grade R parents shortly.
