Main School

Outdoors, we have a well equipped playground with 5 large jungle gyms for gross motor development. Our Zulu hut is a lovely sensopathic area where the children mould and thread. We have a large selection of tricycles, scooters and tandems for use on the tarred track and a large sandpit where the children construct, measure and verbalise their play. Sensopathic trays, water troughs, woodworking and painting at easels are provided daily in a lovely grassed area beneath our indigenous flat crown trees.

Indoors, our classrooms provide the children with a large range of puzzles, perceptual games and a home corner equipped with dolls and dressing up clothes for imaginative play.

Baby Patch

The younger children are accommodated in a separate section of the school. These children have two jungle gyms, a large sandpit, their own cycle track, swings and sensopathic trays, all set in a lovely grassed area which is shaded by indigenous trees.

The children have three classrooms well equipped with a range of toys, books, puzzles, etc.

Aftercare

Aftercare is provided at the school until 2pm daily. This service is available as a monthly service, or as a daily service. Children are given lunch, pudding and juice. Please see the Fees and Forms page for details of available times and cost.

You are requested to write your child’s name on the aftercare list at the front door, or phone the school before 11am, in order for lunch to be prepared.
